A piece of functional art you can use in your kitchen. The 180mm bunka is one of my most requested designs, with a versatile blade that has the perfect size for processing ingredients in a limited space.
I meticulously sculpted the handle & scabbard by hand, with the idea being that these components have to be beautiful in design. This means that it not only has to be comfortable with no sharp corners irritating your hand, but also beautiful enough to start a conversation with anyone that sees it. The more you look at it, the more details I want you to discover with this piece of functional art.
